A. Yes! Kira Nails is a small business in Australia, where each product is hand-made with love and care.

Q. What is the shelf life of Kira Nails products?

A. Press-on nails have an extensive shelf life, worn and removed at your leisure. Please refer to our application and removal guides to maintain this shelf-life. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for best results. To further increase longevity, we promote removing your press-on nails when showering or heavy-handed work and re-applying afterwards.

2. Usage & Maintenance

Q. How can I ensure my press-on nails are secure?

A. Refer to the Kira Nails ‘How to apply your press-on nails’ guide on the Kira Nails web page to ensure a secure application process. We also recommend avoiding hand-washing 1-2 hours after application.

Q. How can I remove my press-on nails without damaging my nails?

A. Refer to the Kira Nails ‘How to remove your press-on nails’ guide on the Kira Nails web page for a seamless removal.

Q. Can I reuse Kira Nails products?

A. When taken good care, press-on nails can be used numerous times when using the sticky nail tabs provided and proper application. However, when using liquid nail glue, the longevity is reduced to only a few wears due to the glue residue left behind during removal.

Q. How can I check my nail size? What do I do when my nails don’t quite fit?

A. Kira Nails provides a size guide and measuring guide to find your perfect fit. Some styles and shapes can fluctuate sizing, so please refer to the product descriptions when ordering. To ensure a perfect fit, we recommend you to visit one of our in-person locations if local, which can be found on your ‘local markets’ page. We always recommend sizing up if you’re in between sizes or just unsure.

• If your nails are too big: file them down with the mini nail file provided to the ideal shape.
• If your nails are too small: press the nail against a warm surface like a glass of water to flatten the nail slightly.

3. Orders & Shipping

Q. How long does shipping take?

A. Orders may take up to 7 business days to process. Shipping will typically arrive within 2–14 days, depending on your location and order volume. Kira Nails is not liable for any delays in shipping on behalf of the courier.

Q. Do you offer international shipping?

A. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this stage; however, we ship all around Australia!

Q. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

A. Order modifications or cancellations are possible before shipment. Once shipped, changes cannot be made. Please contact Kira Nails Support to do so.

Q. Can beginners use Kira Nails products?

A. Yes! Kira Nails products are designed for both beginners and professionals, and we provide usage guides for easy application.

Q. Can I get a replacement nail for a nail I’ve lost?

A. Please contact Kira Nails to discuss the process of receiving a replacement nail.

Q. Can I use these products if I have allergies?

A. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, please check the ingredient list before use. We recommend conducting a patch test beforehand and avoiding contact with the mouth. We DO NOT recommend our product to individuals who have known allergies or irritations to adhesives. Kira Nails is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin irritations to known allergies. Please seek medical care in the event of a reaction.
