Kira Nails will send a confirmation email upon placing your order. Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed or edited once an order has been placed.

Once your order has been processed, tracking information will be sent via email. Shipping dates serve as a guideline, and Kira Nails is not responsible for delays in shipping and lost packages.

Processing

Kira Nails handmakes press-on nail sets to order unless default sizing has been selected. Processing time may vary between 1-2 weeks depending on order volume, weekends, and holidays. Kira Nails processes orders in sequence of order date.

Returns

Please note that for sanitary and hygiene reasons, Kira Nails does not offer returns or exchanges. Kira Nails is not responsible for incorrect sizing. Therefore, it is strongly encouraged to review your order prior to purchasing. To minimize such issues, refer to the Sizing Guide page.
